Overcoming Premature Ejaculation


We all know that premature ejaculation happens when a man ejaculate too quickly, what we all do not know is that it affected about 1/3 of the male population.  This not only makes them suffer from self-doubt, but also cause frustrations to their partners. 

Based on 18-20 male’s orgasms, result shown that on average, men will ejaculate within 3 minutes of sexual intercourse.   So ask yourself these 2 questions:

How to delay your orgasm

Well, there are actually a couple of things that you can do to delay your orgasm. With one being wearing a condom (or even two) to lower the sensation or another one is to use the delay sprays which basically make your penis numb.  Either ways, it’s all about making your penis less sensitive so as to delay your ejaculation.

Believe it or not, many men masturbate before a hot sex as they it takes longer to come the second time in a day.  This method doesn’t always work as you might not know when she is expecting to have sex with you.

How to control your orgasm

In learning to control your orgasm, it is all about familiarizing yourself with your point of no return.  Masturbate very slowly until you reach the point JUST before you orgasm, and this is your point of no return. 

Quickly redirect your thoughts, stop moving your penis, or squeeze the base of your penis for a minute are some ways you can do to help that feeling subsides and keep you continue so that you can last longer.

Some men direct their thoughts to unpleasant things such as credit card bills, income tax or their car broke down in a cold rain, or any others that will decrease their pleasure.

Another method is to strengthen your pubococcygeus muscle. This is the muscle that is use to stop your urination in mid stream, and control the up and down movement of your penis when erect. 

To strengthen this muscle, get into an erection and move your penis in an up and down movement until the muscle gets tired.  Stop if it feels painful though.  Continue working it out every day, and practice using it to hold things back.
