Free penis enlargement exercises

The best penis enlargement technique has been discussed under “What I highly recommended” section.  Following my advice, you will be guaranteed to enlarge your penis size by up to 3 inches, which has proven to work for me and many others.

Provided below are 2 simple exercises for you to try out on your own, but for best result, head to my recommended penis enlargement exercises which is fast and effective. It consists of 30 exercises with guided photos and videos.

Warming Up

  • Obtain a small hand towel.
  • Wet this hand towel using warm/hot water.
  • Place the hand towel around your penis.
  • Wet the towel again to keep the warmth.
  • Leave the hand towel on the penis for 2-3 minutes.
  • Temporary discard of the towel and perform workout.
  • When workout is finished re-heat the towel.
  • Apply the towel to the penis for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Always use the same towel for hygiene reasons.

Stretching Exercises


  • As per usual warm up thoroughly.
  • Grasp the tip of your penis firmly, below the head.
  • Pull it out in front of you and hold for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
  • Relax and gently massage head of penis.
  • Stretch penis to right and hold for 15 seconds.
  • Relax and massage head of penis.
  • Stretch penis to left and hold for 15 seconds.
  • Always repeat for desired number of reps.

It is completely normal to feel the tension while you stretch, so do not freak out.  Pull the foreskin (if you have) back before you do the stretch make sure you are stretching the penis and not the skin.
